Contura Orthopaedics Ltd., yeni tedavisi Arthrosamid®'in Avrupa pazarına dağıtımını yaygınlaştırmak için önde gelen küresel genişleme ortopedi uzmanları Ortho Consulting Group (OCG) ile heyecan verici yeni bir ortaklığa adım attı. Anlaşma (resmi olarak 21 Ocak 2022'de imzalandı), Arthrosamid®'i tanıtmak üzere önde gelen ortopedi uzmanlarının katılımını sağlamak için bir distribütör ağının işe alınmasını ve yönetilmesini kolaylaştıracak.
Arthrosamid®, Contura tarafından diz osteoartritinde (OA) sürdürülebilir ağrı giderimi sağlamak amacıyla Avrupa'da onaylanmış uzun ömürlü bir eklem içi enjeksiyon olarak geliştirilen bir poliakrilamid hidrojeldir. Arthrosamid® ile ilgili bir dizi klinik çalışma tamamlanmış olup diğer çalışmalar devam etmektedir. Yayınlanmış veriler, hastaların %70'inden fazlasının olumlu bir tedavi süreci geçirdiğini, en küçük klinik önemli değişimin aşıldığını, 6 ayda ağrıyla tutuklukta azalma olduğunu ve fiziksel hareketliliğin arttığını ve bir yıldan sonra da ağrı düzeyinin ve fiziksel fonksiyonun korunduğunu ortaya koymuştur.1
Arthrosamid® is a polyacrylamide hydrogel developed by Contura as a long-lasting intra-articular injection approved in Europe to provide sustained pain relief from knee osteoarthritis (OA). A number of clinical studies have been completed into Arthrosamid® with further trials ongoing. Published data has already shown that over 70% of patients had a positive experience of treatment, exceeding a minimal clinically important difference, with a reduction in pain, stiffness and physical mobility at 6 months with pain and physical function maintained beyond one year.1
